I’ve always been a foodie at heart, with a special love for sweets and trying new things in the kitchen. But Collins’ Cheesecakes is about so much more than cheesecake—it’s about love, memories, and keeping my daughter’s memory alive.
In 2020, I lost my daughter, Collins. Out of that heartbreak came something meaningful: we started the Share the Love 5K in her memory, benefiting The Baptist Centers for Good Grief, helping provide grief support to children and families who are navigating the loss of someone they love.
Over time, people began telling me just how good my homemade cheesecakes were. With plenty of encouragement from my fiancée, I decided to take that love for baking and turn it into something bigger—making delicious cheesecakes from scratch, with love and purpose.
With every Collins’ Cheesecake, I’m proud to carry Collins’ memory forward while giving back to a cause that means so much to my family. 20% of every cheesecake sale is donated to The Baptist Centers for Good Grief.
